A pale ale brewed to celebrate &Beer's 9th anniversary, featuring nine types of chili and spices: five chilies (Kashmir, Gundu, Jwala, Jalapeño, Bird's Eye) and four spices (coriander, green cardamom, fennel, black pepper). The light-colored, easy-drinking base allows the layered aromas of each spice and chili to shine through with each sip. Expect umami-laced heat, fresh green herbal notes, and a complex parade of spice.
