A seasonal fruit lager brewed with the hand-peeled zest of freshly harvested young green Iyokan citrus from Hanamoto Farm on Gogoshima Island. The unripe fruit imparts a vivid, spicy aroma reminiscent of sansho pepper alongside bright citrus bitterness, layered over a clean, dry lager base made lighter with corn grits. At 4% ABV, it finishes sharp and dry with balanced bitterness and a refreshing citrus character.
