A refreshing Czech Pale Lager built around the newer Czech hop variety Kazbek — a descendant of Saaz — which lends a noble aroma with a modern citrusy twist reminiscent of lemon. Floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt and Bohemian Dark malt are double-decocted to create a light yet malt-forward backbone, while Saaz whole hops and Premiant round out the hop bill. Fermented cold with OYL-100 Lager yeast and lagered for two months, the result is a clean, crisp, and pleasantly bitter lager at 4.5% ABV.
