A collaboration IPA brewed at 5.0% ABV to celebrate the opening of THE BURRITO BROTHERS bar in Sendai, Miyagi. Hopped with Citra, Motueka, and Willamette, it delivers lime-forward citrus flavors with a touch of floral character. Fermented with saison yeast, which adds a pleasant spicy note, making it a light-bodied, highly drinkable food-pairing beer.
