A unique Grape Ale brewed with an abundance of Cabernet Sauvignon juice and home-grown Koshihikari rice, using the brewery's proprietary RICE HACK method. The result is a sparkling wine-inspired beer with rich, fruity aromas, a refined sweetness, gentle acidity, and light tannins from the grape. At 9% ABV, it is surprisingly easy-drinking with a bright, elegant flavor profile.
