Showa 46) pivoted to brewing during COVID. Founder Kunisawa Ryosuke — backpacked the Americas in his 20s, discovered homebrewing, dreamed of brewing in Shinbashi for 30 years. Rare horizontal lager conditioning tanks (4 units, common in Europe but rare in Japan). 1F+3F brewery, 2F brewpub in the company's own K Building, Shinbashi 5-chome. Opened May 2022. TIANTAI (Chinese) brewing plant. Also makes craft gin. Arts & Crafts / William Morris design aesthetic. 5 regulars + seasonal on 12 taps. All-you-can-drink available.
