A dry Belgian Blonde Ale brewed exclusively with hops grown in Hokuto City, Yamanashi — Kiyosato Cascade and Kaikogane. The locally-grown hops contribute noble, citrusy, and herbal aromas that harmonize with the spicy phenols and fruity esters from an Ardennes-origin Belgian yeast. Pilsner malt forms a clean, light base with a touch of sugar for extra dryness, finishing crisp and lighter than its 6.2% ABV suggests.
