A porter brewed with roasted sweet potatoes (Beni Haruka variety) sourced from Furano and Kembuchi in Hokkaido, mashed into a paste and dissolved into the wort. The result is a full-bodied beer with a lush, barleywine-like richness on the palate and a lingering finish reminiscent of imo-jochu (sweet potato shochu). ABV 6%, IBU 25.
