An American IPA brewed entirely with Hokkaido-grown ingredients — Sorachi Ace and Cascade hops from Kamifurano and barley malt from Nakashibetsu. Sorachi Ace lends woody, piney, and lemongrass-like aromas, while Cascade adds a refreshing lime note. The Nakashibetsu malt provides a crisp, clean backbone that lets the hop character shine without fatigue.
