A big, complex Barleywine brewed with Maris Otter, Honey Malt, and Caraaroma, reaching 13% ABV via a double mash technique. Aged for nearly nine months in tank — including a warm bulk maturation phase — then finished with a blend of American oak chips soaked in Grand Old Dad bourbon. Aromas of molasses, dates, cacao, coffee, and vanilla lead into a smooth, warming sip with notes of toffee, caramel, and subtle woody character.
