A Fresh Hop IPA brewed with homegrown Cascade hops from Eagle Brewery's own hop yard in the Agaho district of Himeji. Pale malt, wheat, and Caramunich give it a clean golden-wheat hue reminiscent of autumn, while a blend of Cascade varieties and Cryo Citra add grassy, fresh-hop aromas. At 7% ABV and 58 IBU, it finishes with a lingering, pleasant bitterness that remains surprisingly easy-drinking.
