A collaborative double-dry-hopped Saison brewed with KYOTO NUDE BREWERY, featuring white koji and lemon balm as adjuncts. Aromas of melon, peach, and floral notes lead into a tea-like finish, complemented by the gentle acidity of white koji and the refreshing brightness of lemon balm. Hopped with Motueka and Magnum, built on a base of Pilsner, wheat, Carapils, and Vienna malts.
