A North West IPA brewed in collaboration with Flora Fermentation, featuring spruce tips sourced from sustainably managed forests at Hokkaido University's Uryu Research Forest. Hops including Southern Cross, Chinook, El Dorado, and Cashmere deliver dank, resinous character alongside fruity mango and berry notes, while the spruce tips contribute a fresh, woodsy green aroma. Rye malt and a blend of Vienna, Cara Munich, and Pilsener malts provide a balanced backbone to the assertive 65 IBU bitterness.
