FOREST is a West Coast IPA from ASH HEAD BREWERY, brewed with the pristine water used in Nakamura Brewery's shochu production in Kirishima. It opens with aromas of apricot, lemon zest, lime, and a subtle pine note, with apple-like character emerging as the temperature rises. New Zealand hops add depth while the overall palate remains light and crisp with a clean, dry finish.
