Liquid hops take center stage instead of the usual pellet hops, and a portion of the malt is replaced with locally grown Saijo rice, resulting in a surprisingly light and approachable body despite the high alcohol. Vibrant hop aromas harmonize with a moderate sweetness for a pleasurable, easy-drinking experience.
