A Hazy IPA brewed with hatmugi (Job's tears) and beet sugar, both sourced from Shibetsu City. Vivid aromas of grapefruit and white grape are layered with a resinous, pine-like depth, leading to a sharp bitterness and dry finish. Designed to pair beautifully with lamb and other grilled meats.
