A classic saison brewed to celebrate the 9th anniversary of beer bar TYU in Iwata, featuring kuromoji (Japanese spicebush) and coriander seed for a gentle, layered spice character. The woody impression of kuromoji melds with the refreshing quality of coriander and the characteristic phenolic notes of saison yeast. Naturally carbonated for a fine, delicate head.
