Kinkan Pils is a limited-release pilsner brewed with fresh kumquats from Nagara. This beer undergoes a three-month lager fermentation that balances the fruit’s refreshing citrus bitterness with a clean, crisp finish. Developed in collaboration with the local tourism project and supervised by Dr. Copa, it pairs well with sushi such as tuna or salmon.
