A modern English Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with the historic Kamiyama Ryokan at Shiota Onsen in Himeji. Designed around the concept of refreshing yet flavorful post-bath drinking, it features a light body with aromatic caramel malt-derived toasty notes reminiscent of coffee. Styrian Goldings and Chinook hops contribute a pleasant floral aroma with a hint of spice.
