A Belgian-style strong blonde ale brewed with Belgian pilsner malt, wheat, Carabelge, and Abbey malt, fermented with Wyeast 3522 Belgian Ardennes yeast. Fermentation-derived aromas of orange and pear dominate, with restrained clove-like phenols and a touch of traditional Belgian spices. Hopped with Aurora, Styrian Kolibri, Saaz, and Mandarina Bavaria for subtle herbal and citrus notes, finishing clean at 7.5% ABV.
