A wheat ale brewed with locally grown wheat from Kashiwazaki and infused with the delicate fragrance of 'annengo' flowers (Padus grayana). The flowers, which bloom in the mountains during spring, have an almond-like aroma and are used locally as mountain vegetables and for fruit wine.
