A modern reinterpretation of the traditional Polish beer style Grodziskie, known as the 'Champagne of Poland,' brewed with 100% oak-smoked wheat malt at 4.5% ABV. Collaboration with Hitomi Winery adds Chardonnay grape pomace, paired with Nelson Sauvin hops to layer bright white grape and citrus aromas over a gentle smoky backbone. The result is a light, highly drinkable beer with a clean, crisp finish.
