A malt-forward Czech-style dark lager blending Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner and Dark malts with Carabohemian, Carafa Special Type 3, and Brown Malt, double-decocted for rich character. Aromas of nuts, chocolate, dried fruit, and coffee lead into a soft, full-bodied palate balanced by the gentle freshness of Saaz hops. Fermented slowly at low temperatures with two months of lagering, it finishes smooth at 4.8% ABV.
