A collaboration with Kanbai Shuzo brewery in Osaki, Miyagi Prefecture, this Hazy IPA incorporates sake lees from their Junmai Ginjo sake. Oats and wheat create a hazy, full-bodied mouthfeel, while the Junmai Ginjo contributes a pineapple-like ginjo aroma. Generous dry hopping adds vibrant citrus and tropical notes that blend seamlessly with the sake-derived character.
