On the 2F of Yokohama Bay Quarter, past the McDonald's at the far end, with a 44-seat terrace looking across the river toward MM21—summer fireworks land in frame. Opened April 15, 2013 by FAMIEL Food Service; the name 'babel' is deliberate—'noisy chatter, many languages, people from everywhere,' a mixed-crowd beer hall concept. Up to eighteen taps rotating Japanese and international craft beer (R 420ml, H 280ml), backed by a 24-spice house curry and a charcoal program turning out beef skirt, pork shoulder, chicken thigh, and coarse-ground sausage with three house sauces (Japanese, BBQ, salsa). Beef 100% charcoal hamburger on the lunch side. Terrace is pet-friendly with summer umbrellas and winter blankets. Weekday happy hour 15:00–17:00. Only VISA/Master cards and PayPay accepted.
