Run by Cyclo (craft-beer distributor) as the Tokyo outpost of their 'Uminoko' shops, SiB100 is split: bar on 1F, bottle shop and extra standing room on 2F. The footprint is tiny—about four tsubo—but they cram in 21 taps, often leaning on Derailleur Brew Works plus rotating guests. It’s standing-only (roughly 20–30), non-smoking, and the vibe is Shibuya quick-hit rather than a long sit. Manager Natsumi Ohgame came up through the Osaka/Kyoto Uminoko bars; she’s sharp about styles and won’t over-explain unless you ask. Half-pour options make sampling painless; cards and PayPay work, so you don’t need to hunt coins. Grab the spice curry if you need ballast.
